New customers pay for their 1st order immediately upon placing the order. Existing customers will receive an invoice after receiving the order, the invoice payment period is 14 days. You can pay with the following options via Mollie:

• iDEAL: Safe payment with internet banking via your own Dutch bank.
• Bancontact : Pay safely with online banking through your own Belgian bank.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies. Within these 14 days, you may return the products to us unused and in their original packaging. You will then receive a refund of the purchase price. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.

We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Delivery is provided by PostNL and DHL and takes place Monday to Saturday between 08:00 - 18:00. No delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery of all our products is possible for purchases over € 150.
We will ship a first order for new customers from €350.
For existing customers, we charge € 6.95 for delivery costs for orders under € 150.

All amounts are exclusive of VAT.

When your parcel is dispatched, we will send you a track & trace code from DHL. You can then track your shipment via the DHL website.

Laundry perfume ensures your laundry smells great after every wash.

Depending on the quantity of washing or the desired strength of the fragrance, you determine the desired amount of perfume. Add 1-2 capfuls of perfume in the basin where you normally put the fabric softener.

The laundry perfume will then be absorbed in the final rinse and provide a lovely scent to the laundry.

• Try 1 capful first to then determine the right fragrance strength.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Always wash your hands after adding the laundry perfume.
• All products should be kept out of the reach of children.
• If spilled, the product can cause damage to surfaces. In such a case, clean the surface immediately.

If you only want to give your laundry a lovely fresh scent, detergent with laundry perfume is sufficient. If you like to use fabric softener, we recommend Hypno Casa fabric softener. Fabric softener makes your laundry fresh and soft on the skin. Moreover, the fabric softener is suitable for clothes and bedding. So you can wash everything wonderfully and enjoy soft fabrics!

All our products are covered by the statutory warranty. We guarantee that every product delivered by us meets the requirements of soundness and usability. In addition to the statutory warranty, the products delivered are covered by a manufacturer's warranty as established by the manufacturers on its products. This guarantee naturally applies without prejudice to the legal guarantee provisions which we will fulfil vis-à-vis you.

Our laundry perfume is not tested on animals and free of parabens. The packaging of our laundry perfume is made of 100% recyclable plastic.
